Ducketts Common
Ducketts Common is one of a number of parks in Haringey and located near Hornsey in North London. Ducketts Common offers a range of sports facilities to the public such as two fantastic basketball courts which are very popular amongst local residents. They were refurbished as recently as 2011 meaning they have a smooth surface and replaced the former tennis courts which were under-utilised.
On the two full-sized basketball courts there is an additional pair of practice hoops making 6 baskets to shoot at. In the remaining space and adjacent to the basketball courts there is a 5 aside football area, which can also be used for other sports such as netball and volleyball.
Not too far away from the multi use games area and basketball courts is a 14 piece outdoor gym offering some 22 work out stations and it is completely free to use.
