1Register your interest

The first step to finding the right property is to register with us either by calling us on 020 8090 0860 or visiting our office where you can discuss your property requirements with one of our letting agents. You can also register your interest about a specific property online if you are short of time.

2Finding the right property

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and SMS alerts when the latest properties become available.

3Is a short let right for you?

A short let is ideal if you are looking for a short term residential solution and offers a good alternative to staying in a hotel or serviced apartment.

They are especially popular with visitors to the capital, people getting to know a new area or those renovating or moving home. A short let can offer you flexibility in rental length and is usually furnished to a high standard with all bills included in the rent (excluding telecommunication services).

4Consider a managed property

An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully managed properties for complete peace of mind.

Renting a managed property has the benefit of a dedicated Property Manager to handle your day-to-day issues, a 24-hour helpline with emergency contact details should a problem arise and the assurance that your property is fully compliant with all safety regulations (including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety and Furniture and Furnishings acts).

5The key to successful viewings

We’re open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends. In order to secure a property we recommend an early viewing. We will chauffeur you to your viewings ensuring you arrive in a relaxed frame of mind and accompany you throughout so that we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.

6Making an offer

Once you have identified a suitable property and your offer is accepted by the Landlord you will be required to complete an application for a tenancy which will be passed onto the referencing agency for referencing checks.

7Offer agreed

If your offer is accepted we will organise the following regardless of whether your property is managed:

  • Collect references from the referees that you have provided
  • Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)

8Completion

Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details.
